Meet Joshua

From Pordenone to the Caribbean

Joshua Salvo was born and raised in Pordenone, in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, with family roots deep in Sicily. Shaped by both regions' culinary traditions, he graduated from the Federico Flora Culinary School in 2016.

He builds his craft in professional kitchens, collecting techniques, flavors and traditions along the way.

Today, Joshua brings that experience to Bonaire, where he cooks privately for guests at their villas, aboard their yachts and at their most meaningful celebrations — pairing Italian technique with the finest ingredients the island market offers each day.
